Meet Coach Rodo

With 35 years as a health and fitness coach, my focus has evolved from fitness training in my 20s to nutrition coaching in my 30s, and brain fitness facilitator in my 40s. Now in my 50s, and contemplating retirement, I see the need for a well-rounded Vibrant Health program that can benefit me and those who are either thinking of retirement or are already retired.

As the founder of RODO WELLNESS, I combine my experience and personal athletic pursuits (body builder, marathon runner and yoga practitioner) to promote the 3 Pillars of Vibrant Health: Movement, Brain Fitness, and Synergistic Foods.

I guide individuals toward a vibrant and energetic retirement by bridging the gap in planning for wellness in later life. My mission is simple: to help you treat health as your most valuable asset-so you can move forward with joy, vitality and Vibrant Whealth.
